The Main Barn

The main barn has two levels within, The Carriageway (first floor) and the Loft (second floor). The Carriageway, constructed with beautiful stone arches and draped with twinkle lights, makes for the perfect space for dinners, receptions, and dancing. On the second level with the lofted ceilings, stacked stone knee-walls and strung with lights from points of the ceiling, is the Loft. The Loft creates an intimate and romantic setting for your wedding ceremony. The loft is also used as a backup ceremony location if the weather outside does not permit an outdoor ceremony.
Blacksmith Shop

The Blacksmith Shop is fitting for any occasion. The fully furnished lounge is the perfect place for you and your guests to relax and socialize. Equipped with a bar and baby grand piano it makes for the ideal space to use during an outdoor cocktail hour.
Ceremony Tree

Our Old Oak Tree serves for the perfect outdoor ceremony location. Standing at 305 years old, the Old Oak has long arms which stretch over the lawn creating a stunning arch to stand beneath.
Private Rooms
The property houses two private rooms used for getting ready, the The Den and Bridle Suite. The Den is the perfect place to relax and prepare for the big day. The room is equipped with darts, bags, couches, pub tables, and a refrigerator. The Bridle Suite is very spacious yet has a cozy feeling to it. The suite boasts a kitchenette, dining set, restroom, numerous mirrors, outlets, hooks, and a curtain to divide a portion of the room to get ready behind. The Bridle suite makes for the perfect get-wedding-day-ready space.
Outdoor Grounds
The outdoor grounds is for you to make your own. The lawn is perfect space to set-up outdoor games for your guests during cocktail hour with high and low tables set-up around. The bonfire pit makes for a cozy hangout space, add some fixings and you have a s'more bar! We will provide the wood for the bonfire pit.
Set-Up
Set-up of all tables, chairs, and linen are all included in the rental price. For chairs; we offer white deluxe folding chairs (primarily used for outside ceremonies and seating for outdoor cocktail area) as well as pews in the loft (we also incorporate white deluxe chairs) and wooden Chiavari chairs with an ivory cushion for reception. There are three colors of table linen provided that you may choose from (white, ivory, and black). You may purchase other colors of table linen through a third party. A dance floor is set on the main floor (Carriageway) that is no additional charge to use.
AV
House Sound Speaker Systems are set throughout the property. They are located in The Carriageway, The Loft, and can be set-up for ceremony by the tree, and by the Blacksmith shop for cocktail hour. All systems inside have wireless microphones hooked up to them. The outdoor sound systems have cord and cordless microphones as well as lapels. A projector and a projector screen are installed on the East side of the Carriageway.
Restrooms
Attached to the Carriageway on the main floor of the barn you can find our restroom addition. With rustic design and old-fashioned schoolhouse sinks, the restrooms are both spacious and up to date. The hallway of the additional also hosts two water fountains and an ATM.
